This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use the NEO mobile application. NEO is a B2B platform for interpretation and translation service providers (vendors). Access is restricted to users with platform-issued credentials.

Account and Profile: Email, name, password (hashed), preferred language, profile photo.
Vendor-Specific: Qualifications, specializations, skills, documents, branch addresses, calendar availability, billing information.
Usage: Interpretation requests, app usage logs. Meetings are not recorded or stored.
Device: Device type, OS version, app version, IP address, push notification tokens.
Location: Only when you use the map-based address picker. We do not track location continuously.
The app needs the following device permissions to work. We do not use them for anything other than the purposes below.
The app can appear on top of other applications and run in the background. This is required for the app to work correctly.
To authenticate you, provide interpretation/calendar/meeting features, send push notifications, improve the app, and comply with legal obligations.
Contract (service provision), legitimate interest (security, improvements), and consent where required.
We share data with our backend and infrastructure providers and with our meeting provider (e.g. LiveKit) for real-time interpretation only. We do not record or store meetings. We do not sell your personal data.
Account and profile data are stored for this enterprise application while your account is active. Upon your request for profile removal, we will delete your profile and associated data. We retain only your email address to track transactions related to that email for legal and audit purposes. This is GDPR compliant. You can request profile removal from within the app or by contacting us.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, data portability, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint. Contact support@timsys.de.
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and hashed passwords. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (TOTP).
The app is for professional users. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
